Project Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation in writing. Charges will apply for work completed up to the cancellation date.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital and custom services:

  • Advance payments are non-refundable

  • No refunds once design or development has started

  • No refunds for completed or delivered projects

Subscription Services

For monthly maintenance or support services, cancellation must be requested at least 7 days before renewal.
