As such, refunds are limited once work has commenced.

• Once work has begun, no full refunds will be issued

Milestone-Based Payments

For projects divided into milestones:

• Completed milestones are non-refundable

Monthly / Ongoing Services

• Consulting retainers

Cancellation requires written notice before the next billing cycle.

• Fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable
• Services remain active until the end of the paid period

Client Delays or Non-Responsiveness

If a project is delayed due to lack of client communication, content, or approvals:

• No refunds will be issued for completed or allocated work

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Completed design or development work
• Third-party costs (domains, hosting, plugins, licenses)
• Urgent or express service fees
• Custom development or bespoke solutions

Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method
• Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider
• Payment gateway fees are non-refundable

Service Termination by AR Web Designing

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

• Terms and Conditions are breached
• Payments are overdue
• Misuse or abusive behaviour occurs

In such cases, refunds are not guaranteed and depend on work completed.
